Crystal C/C++ automatically formats the code and comments in a file:
  when you open the file
  and also while you are editing the file.

Comments that are at the end of statements or declarations are moved to the comment-field to the right.
  As a result, you will see a comments-column to the right.
  You get an uninterrupted view of the code sequence.

In addition:
  Indent-level of braces is displayed in the comment-field.
  In a declaration's comment-field:

angle brackets < > are inserted to enclose the meanings of objects that are being declared.

Use the Format Settings card of the Options menu to indicate your formatting preferences:

  Use the Tools or Project pull-down menu to reach the Options menu
